GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.SUBJECT AND PARTIES OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. Selia Richwood’s general conditions of sale (“Distance Selling Contract” or “General Conditions”) apply to all sales of Selia Richwood products (“Products” or “Product”) through the web site www.seliarichwood.com. (“website”).
1.2. The language used to enter any contract of sale through this Website is English.
1.3. The sale of Products under these Distance Selling Contract is only available to consumers (“Clients” or “Client”) being natural persons acting for purposes extraneous to their trade, business, craft and profession, aged over 18.
1.4. The vendor is Selia Richwood, a part of the Company ,Picche S.R.L, which is registered office at ITALY MILAN, VIA RUGABELLA, 10 CAP 20122. Tax number: 10700630964 (“Selia Richwood”).
2.PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
2.1. Information on Products (along with the relevant Product codes) and relevant prices are available on the Website. Pictures of the Products displayed on the Website may not correspond to their actual appearance; the Client shall therefore rely exclusively on the description of the Products and their characteristics as mentioned on the Website.
2.2. In no case Selia Richwood shall be liable for errors occurred due to failure of the Client’s connection to the Website.
3 .PRICE
3.1. The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website in Euro and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. Delivery costs, if required, shall be added to the price of the Products.
4.EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT
4.1. Before submitting an order through the Website, Client shall read carefully all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure (also with regard to possible delivery charges, the right of withdrawal conditions and the privacy policy statement), along with this General Conditions.
4.2. To purchase the Products, Client must (i) include the selected Products in the “Shopping Bag” by clicking on the relevant button, (ii) fill in the order document, (iii) select the payment method, (iv) accept the General Conditions and (v) send the order proposal to Selia Richwood through the Website.
4.3. Once the Order Confirmation is sent to the Client, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Dispatched Products can however be returned as set out in Section 7 below.
4.4. The risk of loss of or damage to the Products shall pass to the Client when the Client (or a third party indicated by the Client and other than the carrier) has acquired the physical possession of the Products.
5.PAYMENT METHOD
5.1. Payment of the price of the Products included in the order proposal and the relevant delivery charges, if any, shall be paid by the Client by credit card or by bank transfer.
5.2 Selia Richwood accepts payments made with the following credit cards:
Visa; MasterCard; American Express
5.3. The transactions will be debited from the Client’s credit card only after:
(i) the credit card data has been verified;
(ii) the authorization to debit the card has been received from the issuer of the card used by the Client, and
(iii) the availability of the Products has been confirmed by Selia Richwood.
5.4. Selia Richwood also accepts payments made by bank transfer to the following IBAN code: IT(*). All costs and expenses (including bank charges) associated with the bank transfer applied, as the case may be, to the Client by the bank, shall be borne by the Client. Payment shall be due within and not later than 7 (seven) working days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
5.5. In the event that, for any reason, it is impossible to debit the amount due by the Client (or to have the cleared funds received on Selia Richwood's bank account, in case of bank transfer) within the due deadline, the contract will not be executed and the order will be cancelled.
7.RETURN PRODUCTS
Please note we will accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order.
The Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged and with original tags and labels attached. Ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn. We cannot accept returns on opened brief’s hygiene pad In the event of any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling of the goods by the Client other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, Selia Richwood reserves the right to refuse the return of the Products. The Client shall only be liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds:
if you are waiting for a refund, once our warehouse receives your return it may take up to 30 business days to process. You will receive an email notification once our warehouse has received the returned item(s) and your refund or store credit will be posted within 30 business days. We cannot facilitate with refunds to a third party. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded
Full priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Products marked “Sale” are cannot be returned . Products marked “Sale” products can be returned for exchange only.
For eligible products, You will be fully refunded for your return inclusive of taxes once our warehouse receives and processes the item(s). Cost of shipping is non-refundable. Marked down sale items are not eligible for refund. Sale items are non-returnable only size exchanges

Exchanges:
We only offer size exchanges on the same product. Where available, replacement productsd will be dispatched within 14 days. You will receive a tracking number via email once shipped. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, for alternative items, please place a new order on our website or alternatively, please get in touch with our team info@seliarichwood.com
Non-refundable:
Please be advised that, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for openedbrief’s hygine pad due to hygiene reasons.
Gift Cards:
Please note that gift vouchers are not cash refundable. Items purchased via gift voucher can be size exchanged, or you can be re-credited with the value.
8.Applicable Law and Resolving Disputes
8.1 This Distance Selling Contract and, therefore, the Contracts executed with the Clients, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian laws (by Italian legislative decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects related to e-commerce.”).
8.2. If a dispute arises under this Agreement, any party may take the matter to Milan court, jurisdiction of the county of Italy.
